These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and nix77 ("We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Service") governing your access to and use of the nix77 online gaming platform located at https://nix77.cam and any related services, features, content, and applications offered by nix77.

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 1. Definitions

• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity and prevent fraud.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon your first access to the nix77 platform or upon account registration, whichever occurs first. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be modified from time to time.

nix77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must cease using our services immediately and close your account.

The English version of these Terms shall be the governing version in case of any discrepancy between translated versions.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age and Legal Status

To register an account and use nix77 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).

3.3 Verification of Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use nix77 Gaming Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Create a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify nix77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available to enhance account security.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. nix77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration and account maintenance must be truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. You must immediately update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

nix77 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for e-wallets and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours (08:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday).

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nix77 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that does not comply with this requirement.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawals only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name. The withdrawal destination must match the name verified during KYC procedures. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 200.000.000 for standard accounts; VIP Diamond and Black Diamond members enjoy unlimited daily withdrawals.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 1-2 minutes (instant)
• E-wallets (ShopeePay, LinkAja): 2-10 minutes
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI): 3-5 minutes during banking hours
• Bank transfers (BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata): 5-15 minutes during banking hours

Withdrawals requested outside banking hours (21:00-08:00 WIB) will be processed first thing the next banking day. nix77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

nix77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (1x wagering requirement on deposit amounts). Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees and additional compliance checks. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

nix77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino: 10-20% contribution (varies by game)
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on pre-match bets with odds 1.5 or higher
• Table Games: 10% contribution

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other fraudulent activity will result in bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential account closure. nix77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.3 VIP Loyalty Program

The nix77 VIP program features six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. VIP status is calculated monthly based on total turnover (amount wagered across all games). VIP benefits include enhanced cashback rates, birthday bonuses, priority withdrawals, dedicated support, and exclusive tournament access. Black Diamond status is invitation-only. 7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on nix77 are provided by licensed third-party game studios using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed on each game and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual session results will vary. nix77 does not influence, manipulate, or control game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets cover international and Indonesian sporting events including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports authority. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in specific sports rules. For live (in-play) betting, there may be a delay of several seconds between real-time action and odds updates; bets placed during this delay are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

7.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension, bet cancellation, and winnings confiscation:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information
• Arbitrage betting across multiple platforms or accounts
• Placing bets with advance knowledge of outcomes (past-posting)
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibited betting practices outlined above, the following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to conceal your location or identity
• Money laundering or using nix77 services to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to compromise platform security
• Abusing customer support or engaging in threatening, abusive, or defamatory behavior
• Using nix77 services if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using stolen payment methods
• Engaging in any activity that violates Indonesian law or international gaming regulations

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by nix77

nix77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
• You fail to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• You have registered multiple accounts
• Required by law or regulatory authority

In cases of account termination for breach of Terms, nix77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void outstanding bets.

9.2 Self-Initiated Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending wagering requirements, active bonuses, or unresolved disputes may experience delayed closure until such matters are resolved. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances at nix77's sole discretion.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. nix77 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 on inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are charged. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log into your account at least once every 12 months.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

nix77 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nix77 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage, even if nix77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of nix77 services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is less.

10.3 Gambling Risks

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. The odds are always in favor of the house in the long term. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. nix77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling activities on our platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding nix77 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours. Complex disputes may require up to 14 business days for investigation and resolution.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where nix77 operates. By using our services, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration procedures.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
